The mission of the New Covenant Care Team is to meet the carpentry-related needs of those in the church and community who are not physically or financially able to maintain their residence. The Care Team adapts homes to accommodate disabilites by providing free labor. The material costs are considered on a per-project basis. This team also oversees all building projects on the church facilities. 

There is a need for both unskilled helpers and skilled carpenters, laborers, electricians, painters, plumbers, and other areas of building expertise.
